Blue Back ground Theme

Shows the menus and sub-menus with Royal Blue colour.

Top main menu and Left side panel color has been changed to blue colors. Form view sheet background color has been changed.

Tree/List view alrelate row color has been changed.

In the css file, comments are added to know which reflects what, so that you can try your own color combinations.
